FURTHER ALONG IN
YOUR PAH JOURNEY
What can I do when my PAH progresses?
As your PAH symptoms get worse, reaching out to your support team can help. Don’t hesitate to ask for any help you may need.
It’s okay to complain. It’s okay to cry. It’s okay to want to be alone, to not want to be a social butterfly. All those things are fine. And people’s personalities are all different. But what we all have in common is that we need encouragement.

Lifestyle and management
Many people find that they may have to stop certain hobbies. Others take up new ones that better fit their lifestyle as their PAH progresses.
